2.1 Party A agrees to provide driver services on Party B’s demand. The said driver is still a member of Party A, and Party B is only entitled to dispatch the driver during the chartering term; the traffic safety and technological operation shall rely on the driver itself. Except for its stated work, the driver designated by Party A shall not be responsible for any other tasks of Party B.

甲方同意按乙方的要求提供驾驶员雇佣服务。上述驾驶员仍为甲方的职工，乙方仅在合同有效期内有权调派此驾驶员。驾驶员按照交通安全和技术规范驾驶，除标准工作外，甲方所指定的驾驶员不对乙方任何其他风险负责。

2.2 Conditioned upon meeting the provided work qualification requirements, the driver shall complete the stated work on schedule in accordance with Party B’s demand, and additionally shall i. abide by the State’s Constitution, relevant laws and regulations; ii. abide by Party B’s regulatory frameworks; iii. protect Party B’s goodwill and other relevant benefits; iv. be attentive to his duty and diligent in his work; v. keep Party B's business confidential information in secret and not use such information for pursuing personal or any other unit’s or person’s benefits. Party B shall not instigate the driver to drive by breaching relevant operation regulations, or otherwise all consequential loss and damages to Party A shall rely on Party B.

视职务要求规范而定，驾驶员应按照乙方的要求按期完成其本职工作。除此之外，应：1. 遵守国家宪法，相关法律法规；2. 遵守乙方公司章程；3. 保护乙方的商业信誉及其他相关利益；4. 克忠职守，勤奋工作；5. 保护乙方商业秘密，不得利用此商业秘密为自己，其他单位或个人谋取利益。乙方不得唆使驾驶员违反相关操作规范，否则一切甲方所受损失和破坏均由乙方负责。
