UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified consultants and consultancy firms to conduct the Independent Review Report on the Implementation of the PAR Master Plan 2001-2010, and Proposal of PAR Master Plan 2011-2020 Orientations; Public Administration Reform project in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) – MoHA PAR project.

联合国开发计划署越南办事处现向广大资深顾问和顾问服务公司征求关于越南内务部（MoHA）“公共管理改革（PAR）”计划的宝贵意见， 对2001-2010“公共管理改革总体规划”的执行实行“独立审查报告”制度，并为2011-2020“公共管理改革总体规划”目标提出建议。

 

The main objective is the elaboration of an independent review report of the implementation of the nine objectives of PAR Master Plan from 2001 and 2010, including a proposal with options for the orientation of the next stage of reforms.

征求意见的主要目标是能精化2001年至2010年“公共管理体系改革总体规划”中9个目标的实现过程中的独立审查报告体系，并为下期改革目标提出选择性建议。

 

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. It is expected that the assignment will be conducted from May to September 2010.

选标工作将会依照联合国开发计划署采购相关规定在各公司或个人之间进行竞标，持续时间为2010年5月至9月。
